Grab a coupon, Mosey to the Ladders set uphill on the Horseshoe.
The Thang:
HORSESHOE HILL WORK:
Up the hill via below exercise, down the hill via rings set on the R side of the Horseshoe:
- Murder bunny with coupon
- vertical side
- Horizontal side
- Icky shuffle (1 ladder) with coupon
- Icky shuffle (2 ladders) with coupon
Mosey to the parking lot.
FIGHT FOR EVERY INCH:
Partner up…one pushes, the other pulls, then vica-versa:
- Forward
- Backward
- Bear Crawl
- Left side
- Right side
TUG OF WAR:
The name says it all. Switch off until everybody pulls everybody. Meltdown WINS!
T-SPRINTS:
Course set up with cones–15 yards out, 15 yards to R or L, then back to start.
Everybody ran twice (Boomstick pulled a hammy, but said he’d be OK).
COT:
MAD RESPECT to Meltdown & Boomstick, for yet another DAILY DOUBLE!
