YHC has been traveling the last 2 weeks and missed the F3 brothers. Good to be back in town.

Not much of a preamble or warm-up…just went right to it and split into Rucking and Running groups.

Being away for a few weeks I missed the guys….however, if I wasn’t Q I thought about fart sacking…but I committed and never have backed out on a HC. You know what else….I have never regretted, not once, going to F3.
