Pre-4th of July Classic Loop

Preamble:

Two pre-runners to start of the morning with an extra mile

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm up we just run, but we did get a surprise visit from Rooster today!

The Thang:

Traditional Crossroads loop.  Out to Green road, right on Arnold Mill, left at the castle to Etris.  Then back down Rucker to Broadwell and home.

COT:

Praises for Caffeys Mom’s surgery, and prayers for Nacho heading to the holy land for his global-x mission this Friday.

Always an honor to lead and it was great seeing Rooster out at Crossroads!
