BRR Training Loop in the Rain

Preamble:

Decided to do a little off-roading on the course today, one pre-ran in the rain alone and then we took off.

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm ups here, we just run.

The Thang:

Was trying to change up the course a bit and forgot how much of this route didn’t have sidewalks.  We took off up Birmingham Hwy in the rain.  All the way up to Landrum and took a right on the gravel road.  Over to Freemanville, all of this without sidewalks, until we hit Bethany.  Left there and then right on Mayfield back to Mid-Broadwell and home.

Movie night on Tuesday at Ha-Ha’s, prayers for all the silent prayer requests.
