Warm-O-Rama:
Standard pre run, with Better Call Saul doing his pre ruck.
The Thang:
- Several pre runners had to leave early, but still had a good ruck/run group.
COT:
Yhc commented on the amazing discipline of some of the local guys who were working up to running 20 miles day and that we could all use a little more discipline in our goal setting.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Most of the group stayed for coffee and it had a great chat about many things including food preparation and nutrition to help with goals.
