It was like a firehouse run, except we stayed in the big loop. Since it was a Suarez Q, it had a lot of Merkins. Exercise, run, or lunge to the 3rd light pole, more exercise, repeato.
Arms were heavy, body was sweaty, good times by all, some good natured mumblechatter about the music.
