Preamble:

YHC wanted to see if he could pull a Swiper / Whiz and show up with little to no plan. Started working on the plan at 4:26 AM right before and took off at 4:46 AM pre run. I would say it was a success, men got better this morning.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the upper parking lot near the big baseball fields. Did some high knees and butt kickers towards the end. Went ahead and announced The Thang and Inseam reminded me that we needed to warm up. Focused on form and really slowed it down for a good stretch.
