Preamble:
Crank up the best of 1995 alternative rock playlist and grab your cinder block.
Warm-O-Rama:
- 10x Weedpicker
- 10x Copperhead Squat
- 10x Toy Soldier
- Michael Phelps / Sun Gods
The Thang:
Four corners workout:
- Corner 1 – 5x Squats, Curls, Rows with Cinderblock. Cusack to corner 2.
- Corner 2 – 5x VUps, Presses, Skull Crushers. Farmer carry to corner 3.
- Corner 3 – Repeat corner 1, rep count goes up 5 to 10.
- Corner 4 – Repeat corner 3, rep count goes up 5 to 10.
- Corner 4 – Repeat corner 1, rep count goes up 5 to 15.
Etc until finishing corner 4 with 30 reps of each exercise. Left the cinderblocks and went to the hill. PAX took a break by taking turns running to the bottom of the hill and doing 10 merkins while remaining PAX did lunges and side lunges.
Return to four corners works, restarting at 5 reps per exercise. Went until the clock ran out.
Nice job gritting through the workout.
