BRR Lite

Preamble:

Alas, for the first time in four years I am not in the mountains of Virginia but will find a course that can mirror the three segments that the team (made up of many Hoppylike regulars) are currently embarked on.

The Thang:

Through Avalon (because I like to run through it)

Up Webb Bridge for the Academy Climb segment. Scampi easily takes the crown. Nacho places at 6th. I hit a PR but about 20 seconds short of a trophy.

Across 9 and we hit the Brickyard Dash. a .07 segment where Scampi takes 2nd on the board. Nacho gets a PR and I tie my previous PR

A longer break down Haynes Bridge to Northwinds. We push it up Northwinds Hill (Alpharetta version of the tit) Scampi ties for 1st. Mayhem  in 3rd, and Nacho in 5th. I burned out by starting too early.

Impressive showings all around and a great morning run.
