IPC and then some

Preamble:

IPC Week 2. A runners dream. No cinders. Was sure this would bring out some challengers.

Warm-O-Rama:

Actually we did. It was a 45 minute workout and I wasn’t about to let anybody be hurt so a few SSH, and Mt. Climbers on your own and shake the arms out. We head over to our concession stand for setup

The Thang:

45 min. Lap plus 5 BDE Burpee plus Lap plus 5 BDE Mercan. As simple as it gets.

After our first lap mostly together the separation was quickly formed with Mayhem leading the way and MT  not far off. Devito has not lost any steps in his time away from the gloom. Cookie and Hot Sauce kept a solid pace. lumbergh and Lefty were bringing up the rear but did not sacrifice on form in any way. It was true IPC for everyone there.
