Preamble:
Iron Pax week 2 so I sent out instructions in advance
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the track – emphasize some runner’s warm ups since there will be a lot of running
WMH, Reverse lunge, hillbillies, imperial walkers, sungods
The Thang:
Run 400 meters, do 5 BDE Burpees
Run 400 meters, do 5 BDE mercans
Rinse and Repeat for 45 minutes
This was a good challenge, high heart rate, good muscle work. One pax was mostly walking due to a bug bite in a precarious area of the undercarriage. Or maybe it was an ingrown hair? We’ll just leave this here.
I think I remember David Goggins once DNF’ing from a race due to a bug bite.
