  • 10x Mountain Climbers
  • 10x Windmills
  • Lap around the parking lot

The Thang:

Tabata workout – 1:45 of work, 15 second transition.  2 Rounds of the following, with cinderblocks:

  • Squats
  • Rows
  • Lunges
  • Curls
  • Overhead Press
  • Reverse Lunges
  • Swings
  • LBC -> VUps
  • Presses from the ground (skipped this one on accident the second time around – whoops)
  • Freddy Mercury -> Windshield Wipers

Upon completion, ran a lap, then did rounds of 5 squats, 5 lunges, 5 good mornings until we hit 6:15.
