The Thang:
Tabata workout – 1:45 of work, 15 second transition. 2 Rounds of the following, with cinderblocks:
- Squats
- Rows
- Lunges
- Curls
- Overhead Press
- Reverse Lunges
- Swings
- LBC -> VUps
- Presses from the ground (skipped this one on accident the second time around – whoops)
- Freddy Mercury -> Windshield Wipers
Upon completion, ran a lap, then did rounds of 5 squats, 5 lunges, 5 good mornings until we hit 6:15.
