The Thang:

We moseyed to the parking deck stairwell to show it a little love as we near the colder months. 15 OHP at the bottom Up the stairs to the top 15 Mtn Climbers Downstairs Repeat 3x We moseyed again with our blocks to the stage and YHC busted out the Tabata timer. 60 secs given for each of 5 exercises. Finish early and use the eztra time for rest. After 5 exercises, mosey a lap around the oval. The exercises:
  • 10 Annies
  • 15 KB Swings
  • 20 Goblet Squats
  • 25 Curls
  • 30 Flutter Kicks Alpha
This was repeated 4 times before we headed back to the flag for a few minutes of Mary to finish up.
