With IronPAX over, YHC preblasted a Warren G. Harding-esque return to normalcy to the Hoochies, with hopes that our Monday numbers would return. They returned in force, as 18 strong PAX posted in the gloom.Warm-O-Rama:

Partner up for a Printout of Pain (because no Board could be located by YHC). The partner pairs cumulate reps thru the following 2,000-rep plan, accomplishing as much as possible until Q calls time. Partner A does the reps while Partner B moseys downhill to Medlock Crossing, selects to do either 5 merkins or 10 squats, and moseys back uphill. Partners swap. Rinse and repeat.
