The Thang:

4 Partner Laps:

One lap around parking lot while partner exercises. Each person does two laps then move to next exercise.

  • JLos
  • WWIIs
  • Hammers
  • Flutter Kicks

Partner Sprints:

Sprint uphill between speed bumps, mosey back to partner to take over exercise count.

  • 100 Smurf Jacks
  • 200 Squats
  • 300 Calf Raises
  • Backwards until time (200 squats, etc…)
