It’s Halloween tonight, so we need to prepare for the main event: Trick-or-Treating.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick greeting, disclaimer, and chat on other unnamed AOs before a mosey around the Academy to warm-up. Circle-up in a field to the side of the school for SSH, Weedpickers, Copperhead Squats, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, and COVIDs.
While the arms were flailing, YHC reviewed our upcoming activities. YHC placed bags of goodies around Downtown Alpharetta for our (Pax) Trick-or-Treaters to gather goodies from. Unlike tonight though, the goodies were selections from the exicon instead of candy. After hitting half of the “houses” we’d gather on the green to share our treats before continuing on to the Tower of Terror and more Trick-or-Treating.

The 5 Pax in attendance picked one from each bag and happily shared their candy on the green. Without @Avis presence, no one was excited about the Bag o’ Burpees, but we knocked them out anyone.
After eating all of the “goodies” we needed a break from the treats, so we headed to the library parking deck for the Tower of Terror: 25 single count Mountain Climbers at each 1/2 level, all the way to the top. After a quick pic at the top, we headed for the stairs to continue our trick or treating, but changed course after finding not one, but two homeless people in two stairwells. Giving up on the stairs, we ran down the deck and resumed trick-or-treating at the library.
After gathering our last treats, we mosey’d back to Academy and performed as many reps as we could before time.
