Mosey to the usual spot at the intersection. Warm-Up:- Jog in place and Burpees all around
- Arm circles (forward and backward)
- Weedpickers
- Imperial Walkers
- Side straddle hops
The Thang:
Round 1 - The Hill Repeats:- Sprint up the hill.
- Slow mosey or jog back down.
- Repeat for 5 hill sprints.
- Plank for the six when finished.
- 20 Merkins
- 20 Squats
- 20 Big Boy Sit-ups
- 20 Lunges (each leg)
- Rinse and repeat for 2 rounds
- Plank for the six when finished.
- 30 LBCs
- 25 Flutter Kicks (each leg)
- 20 American Hammer
- 15 Plank Jacks
- Rinse and repeat for 2 rounds.
- Plank for the six when finished.
- Partner up.
- Partner A does 10 Burpees while Partner B holds a high plank.
- Switch, repeating for 3 rounds.
- Plank for the six when finished.
- Keep your partner and grab one coupon.
- 50 Curls (partner to run up the hill to the 3rd street light)
- 100 Over head
- 150 Skull Crushers
- 200 Bent over row
