Thang #1:  Started with 1 round of Burpee circle. Thang #2: YHC indicated the 4 stations around the parking lot. • station #1: 10 reps • station #2: 15 reps • station #3: 20 reps • station #4: 25 reps Here’s the exercises: • Round 1: Abs o station #1: American Hammer o station #2: Crunchy Frogs o station #3: Box Cutters o station #4: Reverse Crunch • Round 2: Legs o station #1: Lunges (AC) o station #2: Jump Squats o station #3: Gorilla Humpers o station #4: Bonnie Blairs • Round 3: Arms o station #1: Mercan o station #2: Peter Parker (AC) o station #3: Carolina Dry Dock o station #4: Mike Tyson We started at station #1 for exercise #1 then mosey to station #2 for exercise #2 and then back to station #1 for exercise #1, then back to station #2 for exercise #2, then mosey to station #3 for exercise #3, then mosey back to station #2 for exercise #2, then back to station #1 for exercise #1, then mosey to station #2 for exercise #2, then mosey to station #3 for exercise #3, then mosey to station #4 for exercise #4, then mosey back to station #3 for exercise #3, then mosey back to station #2 for exercise #2, then mosey back to station #1 for exercise #1. Plank for the 6. Rinse & repeat for Round 2 (Legs) & Round 3 (Arms). On round 3, we just go to each station & performed the exercise and that was time.
