Pumped to lead the post thanksgiving one hour beatdown! My goal was to spike our heart rates several times!Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to near the playground for:- Mtn Climbers
- Shoulder Taps
- Plank Jacks
- Toy Soldiers
- Hillbilly
The Thang:
First station at the hill. Partner up for Dora 1-2-3- 100 Burpees
- 200 Merkins
- 300 Squats
- @blue was not happy we ended up partners which I didn't understand. :)
- 25 jump squats
- 25 T Bombs
- 25 J Los
- 25 single leg Romanian dead lifts (RDLs)
- Building on each other
- 50 LBCs together
- Sprint to the 50
- 25 Stone Mtn Merkins
- Sprint back to the goal line
- We did this 4 times....I think??!!
- Rotate exercises....Curls, Skull crushers, kettle bell swings, and one other I believe.
