We all probably gained a few extra pounds from the Thanksgiving festivities so time to do a BD where we tried to keep our heart rate in Zone 2. A 7am start was nice change of pace but I forgot Friday was not a national holiday and some had to go to work so I appologize for the late start.

The Thang:
Mosey around the park and enjoy the scenery since the sun was out.
At each bench, we’ll be performing an exercise

20 staggered merkins (10 each side)
We stayed at the tables by the basketball court for a few more exercises until it was time to head back to the flag.
