Belated Bday Q

Preamble:

I forgot my birthday this year, so a belated birthday Q was in order.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the Dam for 36 SSH, some weed pickers, imperial walkers, arm circles and covids.

The Thang:

Merkin mile, but shorter on the way back. 6 marking, 10 squats, 20 lbc’s at each intersection in the way out. 3 breakdance merkins at each intersection on the way back.

Stopped at each end for the 6 and called exercises while we waited.

Back at the flag YHC pulled a cinder from the ol’ trunk and we called Mary around the circle while one pax Cusacked with the cinder around the circle in the parking lot.

That was time (7:16 on my watch)
