Preamble:

Today will by my final Q before moving to Athens. Nearly 5 years ITG of F3 Alpha (AlphaNorth -> F3 Cumming) with these guys I call my friends. My VQ was here in March 2019. It's also December. Let's have a holly jolly good time.

Warm-O-Rama:

Show up right in time. Deliver a flawless disclaimer (even though Ha-Ha's impatience led him to believe only 3 core principles would be hit). Mosey around the pickle. Circle up for some SSH, Weedpickers, Hillbillies, and Toy Soldiers, all IC.

The Thang:

12 Days of Christmas. Rep counts follow the Day in the song. This is done in ladder fashion, but instead of gold rings and such we will count Burpees and Monkey Humpers.
  1. Holly Jolly Santa Sprint
  2. Pickle Pounders
  3. Mercans
  4. Monkey Humpers
  5. BURPEES
  6. Santa Squats
  7. Mountain Climbers (Alpha)
  8. Plank Jacks
  9. BBSUs
  10. Smurf Jacks
  11. American Hammers
  12. Christmas Start Jumps
Cool down mosey around the pickle, then circle up for some Bat Wings (but we'll call them Reindeer Take-offs to be festive). Pax were warned that dropping your arms would cause a child to cry on Christmas. Baskins nearly made a child cry. Threw in some chinooks to excite Spit Valve. Long mosey back to the flag for 4 MoM.

COT:

2nd F tomorrow at Cherry Street Halcyon - 6:30pm Swiper had some very kind words to say about YHC, which included a story about my first BD at Big Creek that I was not aware of. Thanks so much for sharing! It meant a lot.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I cannot believe the time has come to say goodbye. You guys are my friends, mentors, family. I am undoubtedly a better human being because of F3 Alpha and F3 Cumming. The decision to move was not made on a whim. The negative impact of leaving F3 behind weighed higher than the positive impact of moving closer to family. I truly think of you guys as my family. I love all of you. And I will deeply miss my time ITG, and outside the gloom, with you all. I truly do not know what my life would look like today without F3. I have no idea what my life would look had I not posted on 2/2/2019, met you guys, and bought in. All of my hobbies and activities that now bring me joy, challenge me, and shape who I am have come from F3. I have so many special memories outside the gloom doing hard things with you guys. Together we've hiked many a mountain, traveled all across the US, ran insane races, visited very dark pain caves, shed tears, carried logs filled with ants, crawled for miles, stood in a sprinkler in downtown Roswell at 3am getting hammered by water in the freezing cold, rucked ungodly steep roads for no good reason, sat in a van for 31 hours, nearly given up but always prevailed, read books, learned, grown, laughed hysterically, and so so much more. I live a happy and fulfilled life in large part because of you guys. And plan to take all of this with me into the next chapter of my life. I also plan to continue signing up for crazy events with you guys, and coming back to visit from time to time. We will meet again, but I will deeply miss our daily interactions that strengthen and grow our friendships so much. I love you guys and I thank you guys!
