Preamble:

YHC has been itching to get back in the gloom to Q bonafide beatdown after being sick and seemingly struggling to get rid of it. I have had to take things a bit easier to get over it but today I was able to put the hammer down.

Warm-O-Rama:

Slightly longer mosey - disclaimer and then Hillbillies, Good Mornings, Hip (back) twists, sun gods.

The Thang:

Alternating between longer fast moseys - usually of 2 minutes or longer and stopping to complete sets of three exercises doing an escalator of reps: Merkins - Sets of 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 =135 Squats - Sets of 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 =135 J-lows - Sets of 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 =135 We had enough time to complete all sets and all fast moseys. Pretty good BD for all. Everyone was pretty smoked by the end.
