Preamble:

F3 Moto: Embrace the ethos of never leaving a man behind, while ensuring no man remains where you first encountered him. This principle defines our group and holds special significance as I celebrate my 5th anniversary. I am grateful for the men who have preceded and followed me, propelling us toward our shared purpose and the betterment of every individual involved.

The Thang:

Returning to where it all began! 30-degree weather so we needed to keep moving. Took the PAX over to Johns Creek HS paved Hill. Our first stop was the sidewalk for bear crawls and lunges, with 3 burpees at every light pole until we reached the iced-over bridge. Crossing the bridge carefully, we moseyed over to the massive brick wall. It was perfect for some partner Balls to the Wall while the other PAX did 20 squats. Rinse and repeat 3 times. Mosey over to the Hill and gave instructions for 11's. Exercises were Merkins and BBSU with 5 shoulder taps in the middle of the hill. Everyone finished up, some mary for the six and we headed back to the giant wall for some wall sits. About 60 seconds and we moseyed back to the parking lot for a few minutes of Mary when the Q called time.

COT:

Safe travels for college kids prayer for the health and recovery of some of the families and PAX Prayer for our strength and that God would guide and lead us this year to be the leaders he has called us to be!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Five years ago, I reluctantly showed up at 5:30am for my first BD. My good friend Ready-Mix and a few others had been attending for a couple of months, and even my M started waking up early for her own workout. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to give it a shot. Little did I know, Boomer was in charge that day and took us on a little run to the HILL at Johns Creek H.S. For the next 30 minutes or so, I had the pleasure of venturing into the woods twice, struggling to catch my breath and hating every second. From the very beginning, I had a hunch that this would be beneficial for me. Don't ask me how! Whether it was the sense of camaraderie, the unwavering support, or simply the belief that miracles happen when you don't give up, there was an indescribable quality about this group that has kept me faithfully returning for the past 5 years.
