Preamble:

Windy morning at the Halo

Warm-O-Rama:

We started out with a slow mosey from the Pavilion to the stairwell near the church. Once we arrived, we did a few SSH, Weed Pickers and some Hill Billy's.

The Thang:

We followed a Tabata style workout: 8 sets of: Squats for 1 minute with 15 second rest between intervals. Merkins for 45 seonds with 15 second rest between intervals. Lunges for 1 minute with 15 second rest between intervals. WWII sit ups for 1 minute with 15 second rest between intervals. (we ran out of time on the sit ups since we needed to slow mosey back to the pavilion.  

COT:

Prayed for healing for the Lee family, emotional/spiritual healing for Jones family member, healing for heart surgery recovery. Gave thanks for privilege of being able to be here this morning and exercise our bodies.
