Not much of a warm up, but I was gonna keep us warm.

The Thang:

Each station provided an opportunity to stay warm. Each station had atleast 20 SSH and a second exercise and a qty of burpees. See map for station layout... you'll have to use your imagination if you weren't there to figure out what level of the parking deck we may have been on.

There were for sure 103 burpees. SSH quantity is accurate. I believe the others are also, but I'm old and memory fails me.
