  • Hamstring stretch

The Thang:

Mosey to the dog track. Part 1: 4 rounds
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Merkins
  • 30 Squats
  • 40 Flutter Kicks - Alpha
  • Repeat for 4 rounds or until the 6 is in.
Once the six was in we moseyed to the coupon pile. Part 2: 20-15-10-5
  • Burpees and thrusters
  • Work your way down the ladders and back up until the 6 is in.
Mosey to the flag; flutter kicks until time was up.
