The Thang:

parking lot pyramid - start at 1 run 10 yards and do exercise 2. Run back to 1 then after completing 1 run 20 yards and do exercise 3, run to 2 and complete 2 then back to 1. Repeat until all 10 are complete. 1. 5 burpees 2. 10 merkins 3. 15 squats 4. 20 Bonnie Blair 5. 25 lbc 6. 30 flutter kicks (alpha count) 7. 35 ww2 8. 40 American hammers (alpha count) 9. 45 bbs 10. 50 mounts climbers

We were only able to complete the full pyramid up to 9. We were able to do the mounts climbers and final burpees on number 10
