Preamble:
Ha-ha week day 3 rolls into The Bound and we have a crowd! 25 PAX for the beatdown and 2 more out for a long run. A quick count to determine if we have enough cinder blocks. We do, thanks Red Ryder! Disclaimer and off we go.
Warm-O-Rama:
Everyone grab a cinder and we mosied across the street to the open parking lot.

The Thang:
1) First Thang: Told the PAX we would do some catch me if you can. Partner up. PAX 1 farmer carries both cinder blocks (CMU – Concrete Masonry Unit) while PAX 2 drops for 10 Merkins and 10 LBCs then run and catch PAX 1. Flapjack. I told the PAX we would be heading around the short loop. Half the group didn’t know what the meant. The other half moaned.
After making the turn from Shiloh Rd E to Shiloh Crossing we stopped at the first driveway and goblet squat for the 6 to catch up.
2) Everyone carries their cinder continuing around the loop. Stopped at next driveway for planks for the 6
3) Continue to next driveway. Overhead press for the 6. Then continue through parking lot (dodging the 6 am workings arriving at 5:59am!) and turn at the next drive to take the back cutoff. Time was running out for us so we huffed it back to the Bound and returned the cinders.
