Very fortunate to have an open slot on the Q sheet today that our trusty AO Q updated us on yesterday. Since it's Hillseeker training month, this was fortuitous timing.

After reaching Peanut Hill amongst some chatter, we descended to the bottom to start what would be 3 laps bottom to top starting each sequence with a 30 second sprint followed by a recovery fast walk followed by another 30 second sprint. This would get us to the top each time almost like it was planned. It was a crowd pleaser
Next we did the classic mercan mile course with stops on the Wills Rd. section at cross streets for pike pushups. On the Wills Dr section (never knew they were both named Wills), we did 20 BBS at speed bumps and a 5/10/15 burpees/mercans/squats at cross streets
We advanced back to the bleachers for a partner dora 100/200/300 - with man 2 running to the top an back while partner 1 did Ircans, shoulder taps and flutters. next we did a speed lap on the track, back to the flag for 2 minute plank

4.5 Miles on average today = a worthy Academy session indeed and Caffey was happy he came.
