Was hoping for an even number of pax... that didnt happen. So, we improvised.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick warm up with some SSH, weed pickers, imperial walkers.
The Thang:
Up the hill we go... starting down by the ticket booth, there are three light posts up the hill. Stop at each one, do an exercise, and cusack to the next. The first post is 15 curls, the second post is overhead press, the third is squats. When the first position is done, the others move.
After a few rounds of that, we moved over to the track. We rotated exercises while one person cusacked down the track and back.
Back to the flag for some Mary, then we hit time.
