Then we just did a simple (but not easy) run with pain stations focused on upper body, then abs, then legs. each stop we would complete one set of an exercise.
Each mosey I tried to go a reasonable distance till all of us were well winded.
All told we had 2.5 miles interspersed with I think 12 pain stations in our alloted time.
The pax agreed it was a good strenuous BD
