Grab a coupon and head to the soccer fields for a 'Masters' tradition unlike any other! Start on sideline, perform an exercise, sprint to other sideline and then NUR back: M - Mercan ladder; starting at 18, working back to 9 so several trips across the field on this one A - Absolutions (Burpee with a Bonnie Blair) - 9 reps S- Squat Thrusters with coupon - 18 reps T - T-Bombs - 18 reps E - Elf on the shelf with coupon - 18 reps R - Run a lap around the entire perimeter of the (2) soccer fields S - Star Jumps - 18 reps
