A quick/light run to prep for the pax that I was hoping would show up, then Seaman showed up, a pleasant surprise, then SirMixalot arrive with a full minute to spare.
With all of us at a level of injuries, mental and physical, the call was made to ruck it out

Seems like 2024 has been an interesting year for all the Startling Line PAX and the Wednesday gloom time has been a therapy/vent session for the PAX, which, when done correctly, can be a good thing. So with that in mind we sucked it up and rucked it up allowing the PAX to vent/share the trails and events of life, which we all needed.
As the ruck went on I heard my phone ring, it was Jolt wanting the meet up with us and join in the fun, he caught up with us and joined us for the rest of the ruck.
