Preamble:

Perfect weather for some fun! The PAX gathered, no FNGs so disclaimer and such was given then we were off!

Warm-O-Rama:

Took a lap and headed to top parking lot to warm up.

The Thang:

Since it was 4/20 I thought the PAX wanted to celebrate so went with 4 pain station with 20 reps of each along the BFH. The pattern was to start at at the Bottom of BFH ->Top of Guard rail -> Manhole-> Top of BFH PAX perform the 4 of the following at each station:
  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 20 Merkins
  • 20 Lunges
  • 20 BBSU
2nd Round
  • 20 Bobby Hurleys
  • 20 Derkins
  • 20 Monkey Humpers
  • 20 LBCs
3rd Round Partner up! One PAX do reps while the other was stationary:
  • 20 Squats/ Airchair
  • 20 American Hammers/ 6 Inches
  • 20 Carolina Drydocks/ Plank
  • Plank Jacks/ Airpress
4th Round For the last trip up the BFH
  • Burpee Broad Jump
  • Bear Crawl
  • Bernie/Run-PAX choice
