YHC is celebrating 6 years of F3.  Hands down one of the best decisions in my life.

Pax grabbed a coupon and we mossy up the hill then down to fields. 1/4 pounder with Coupons and 5 Coupon burpees deposit after each round: 25 merkins with coupon / 50 lunges with coupon / 75 V-ups coupon / 100 coupon rows Dora  100 coupon squats / 200 curls / 250 coupon press with flutter kicks

The last 6 years have changed my life like most Pax who are a part of F3.  I came in a broken man and have found myself through the help of all of you.  I still have a lot of work to do, but because of each of you I'm a much better person than I was 6 years ago.  My family and I can't thank you and F3 enough.
