AO: The Wreck

QIC: Gutterball

PAX (15): Bear, Blue, Bobber, Chowdah, Donor, Matt Shields-Norm, Meltdown, Missionary, Password 123, rip, Sic’em, Sleeper, Squatty, FNG - Stoner, I missed a name on my recording!

Preamble:

The focus was on a mix of running and weight/body movements to keep that heart rate elevated. We also had a nice view of the pond and we jogged from station to station around the lovely body of water.

Warm-O-Rama:

We did some typical warm-ups. Side Straddle Hops, arm circles, weed pickers, and a few others I can no longer remember.

The Thang:

It was a four station approach located at each "corner" of the pond that we then jogged around between stations: Station 1: Coupons Station 2: ABS Station 3: Mercans Station 4: Legs We completed a total of 5 exercises at each station one at a time with runs from station to station in-between around the lake. The goal was to complete 10 laps for a total of 40 exercises plus a fair amount of running, 2+ miles. I think I made it 6 laps. It wasn't easy.

COT:

We did have one new FNG - Stoner. Name was based on the fact that he had dealt with some challenging kidney stones.
