The Thang:
It was a shared experience where every PAX was able to call their own exercise while accompanied by their girlfriend, with one PAX running Bernie Sanders around the parking lot as the timer. The collection of exercises consisted of the following (all w/cinder):- Murder bunnies/Bunny murders
- OHP (walking)
- Man makers (w/inch worm forward)
- Lint rollers
- Skull crusher (w/man maker variation)
- Crab walk/Walk crab
- Burpees (b/c why not?)
- Kettle swings (w/bunny hops)
- Gas pumps (w/Cusack)
- Eyeballs, step-ups, and other enjoyable events!
