Warm-O-Rama:

A very shiny day in the gloom ! Warmed up with some arm circles , SShops  and some squats … Mozy down to the BFH picking up a generous couple on the way.

The Thang:

LET THE GAMES BEGIN. Split the time into 5 parts - focusing on Arms, Legs, Shoulders, Core and Back. The whiteboard was of  a larger variety - as we all know @haha always comments about font sizes ! The playlist started off with Lionel Ritchie - what could be better ! A bit of Kris Kros and then the BeeGees, and the PAX were pumped to show off their skills. Definitely a high paced BD - most PAX maintained 150 bpm (not bad, considering the music!) . all in all - a great BD .

COT:

Wanted to make sure all PAX are aware that we are here for each other - no matter what. Important that , as men, we share issues or concerns where our brothers can be a light in the darkness.
