Not really. 6am arrived and it was just me. So I guess I'll talked to myself about disclaimers and let's mosey.
Warm-O-Rama:
I moseyed up toward the tennis courts and did a few SSH, Weedpickers, Copperhead Squats, and arm circles.
Heading back towards the dam, I see Cox pull in...pick him up!
And we moseyed our way to the dam for another warm-o-rama.

The Thang:
Thang 1.
We then moseyed our way to the hill heading up towards clubhouse.
Two rounds.
25 Merkins at the bottom
50 SSH at the top.
Rinse and Repeat
Thang 2.
To the parking lot...sort of a seven of diamonds.
7 burpees at each point
14 freddy mercuries at each point...and that was time'ish.
Cox had to hit 50 burpees today for the Feathers Challenge so we added on another 25 burpees and then just like that...that's time.
