Beautiful morning.  70 degrees.  Cinder in tow

Mosey, SSH, windmill, squat good morning,  weed picker, arm circle

The Thang:

See the attached pic. Intense beatdown in fact!  A full lap was around the parking lot island. Half lap was down and back. For murder bunnies we did about half way down and some of us just did a rifle carry back
