New week and new region! Lets get some!Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the top of the lot for some good mornings, WMH, Weed Pickers and SSHThe Thang:
- 4 corners at the bottom of the big lot. Ab exercise in each corner with a mosey between. BBSUs with a coupon, LBCs, heals to heaven, and crunchy frogs. 3 rounds with reps starting at 20, then 25, then 30. End with 30 curls before returning the coupons.
- AMRAP in the pavilion. One minute per exercise. Time only permitted 2 rounds of 5 minutes. Bulgarian split squats: one min each leg, 1 min merkins, 1 min jump squats, 1 min LBC
- Run around the top of the park with some wall sits between the fields, mosey back to the flag
