Was good to get back out to Q at the Meathouse. Adhering to Feather's "If you can't do it, don't Q it" mantra, YHC tried to put together a difficult but not impossible beatdown - mission semi accomplished. So with a veteran crew and a task to complete, disclaimer was given and off we went.

The Thang:
Starting at the stage, pax conducted 20 each of the following: Goblet Squats, Stiff Leg Deadlifts, Block Mercans, Rows, Overhead Press. Drop block and run around the circle, stopping at the memorial for a 5 burpee toll.
Rinse and repeat, dropping reps by 2 with each round, continue down to 2 of each.
Note: Dropped burpees by 1 after the 5 round in interest of time, and dropped last last (also in interest of time)
Carry blocks back to flag, drop rucks and conduct 12 burpees. And that was TIME
