Your QIC made up this BD on the fly about 6 weeks ago, when only 3 PAX showed up for a different BD (that was not fit for only 3 PAX). It was so good, he decided to run it back for the masses to enjoy.Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:
Running scroll: We ran all through the park - through the woods over to Fuller's Park and back, periodically stopping and one PAX would call out an exercise. We proceeded to do 10 reps of that exercise OYO, followed by 10 of each of the preceding exercises - so we piled on a new exercise at each stop. By the end, we did:- 10 J-Lo's
- 10 American hammers
- 10 copperhead squats
- 10 merkins
- 10 WWIIs
- 10 Kung Flu's
- 10 burpees
