Preamble:

6 runners and 4 ruckers answered the call for the Windjammer traveling circus. The runners did a near 5 mile loop while the ruckers did something too... not sure what as I ran. Knowing them, they probably did 45 minutes of Lindsay Lohan's. Coffeeteria in the pool followed at YHC's house.
