Preamble:

Beautiful Hump Day morning saw 3 Pre-Ruckers, 1 Pre-Runner from BA, 1 Pre-Workout-er and 2 Insane Pre-Runners who left from like Rome (GA that is…). Lots of great warm-ups for the main thang this am.

 

13 Pax in all joined and after disclaimer was given we were off.

Warm-O-Rama:

Nice little mosey lap in order to let Rusty catch up to the group. However, he redeemed himself later helping with the tunes.

SSH, Hillbillies, Weed Pickers, Toy Soldiers, Mtn. Climbers, Sun Gods, Covids. 

The Thang:

 

In honor of Pony Boy’s Squat challenge today, the pax started out with Lt. Dan’s with coupons in hand.
  • 1 Squat:4 Lunges (2:4, 3:4, 4:4)
  • Lap
  • R&R
Hurricane Hoedowns
  • 7 IC Seated Flutters with Hands Raised
  • 7 IC Seated Flutters with Hands Behind
  • 7 IC Normal Flutters
  • 7 IC Flutters with LBC’s
*Worked down from 7 to 4 with lap in between.
Now a jaunt down Zima’s Hill for 10 Monkey Humpers (IC) at the bottom. Several cars got a good show this am.

  • Sumo Curls
Donkey Dans were on the menu to finish off the morning.
1 Merkins:3 Donkey Kicks (2:6, 3:9, etc)…worked up to 6:18 then got in a lap. Back to wall to finish up but time got us after our 8:24 set. Killer way to end!

COT:

  • Prayers for Sprocket’s family for cousins who passed away and sister getting a biopsy tomorrow.
  • Continue prayers for Goose and Thrasher.
  • Prayers for Woody and his disgustingly purple hamstring.
  • Praise for Takedown (YHC’s 2.0) getting in to BT.
  • Prayers for TheBurn who is moving soon to Harris County.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Great work by all today and awesome to see so many out getting the pre-work in. Big kudos to Tank and Sweep3r for their continued grind at putting some serious miles in…week in and week out!

 

7 Strong at coffeeteria as well with some good fatherly/family conversation and advice.
