Football season is almost here, so I dusted off this classic and added some new twists.Warm-O-Rama:
SSH, Copperheads, Weed Pickers, Moroccan Nightclubs, Toy Soldiers, Mosey.The Thang:
11 Cones in a line, 10 yards apart, marked as Goal, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 , 40, 30, 20, 10, Goal PAX line up at one goal line with Cinders representing their football. Pick up ball, proceed to 10 yard line, perform exercise marked on cone. Move ball to 20 yard line, then run to far goal line and back to brick. Perform exercise on cone, move ball to 30 yard line, run to goal line and back. Rinse and repeat until you've matriculated the ball down the field all the way to the goal line. Exercises:- 10 Yard Line: 1 Blockee, 9 'Mercans
- 20 Yard Line: 2 Blockees, 18 Curls
- 30 Yard Line: 3 Blockees, 27 Big Boys
- 40 Yard Line: 4 Blockees, 36 Bent Over Rows
- 50 Yard Line: 5 Blockees, 45 Shoulder Taps (Single Count)
- 40 Yard Line: 4 Blockees, 36 Dips
- 30 Yard Line: 3 Blockees, 27 Big Boys
- 20 Yard Line: 2 Blockees, 18 Skull Crushers
- 10 Yard Line: 1 Blockee, 9 'Mercans
- Goal Line: 10 "Score" Jumps (Star Jump, but make a goal signal with arms)
