Preamble:

Whether due to pure determination  (or just the bad luck of not reading the cancellation on Slack before a beatdown in the face of a hurricane), YHC got to do a Substi-Q with the appropriately DR pax WaterWings from Hunstsville. Extremely short disclaimer was given,

Warm-O-Rama:

Weedpickers, Moroccan Nightclubs, Hillbillies, SSH's. Farmer's carry coupons up a very wet ramp to the second level.

The Thang:

  1. 11's - starting at one end of the deck, conduct rows, then Zamperini to the other side for mercans. Zamperini back. Continue through the full 11. Farmers carry to the steps, down to the first level, Zamperini back to lower part of the ramp.
  2. Stationary 11's -  Curls and overhead press
  3. Rolling dry humps (on a wet ramp)- Conduct 1 Carolina Drydock to 2 Monkey Humpers, then proceed with 2 single lunge walk steps. Proceed by same multiple up / down the ramp through to 10 drydocks, 20 monkey humpers,  20 lunge walk steps.
  4. 10 burpees OYO and that was time

Naked-Man Moleskin:

By getting out of bed on a rain soaked morning and NOT reading the cancellation, YHC got to meet a DR pax that a) would have driven a long way to be alone for a beatdown; and b) turns out we have a ton in common and had a great continuing conversation at coffeeteria. The Good Lord works in mysterious way, and I am extraordinarily happy I didn't listen to the fartsack (or read Slack) this morning!!!!!!
