Preamble:
Don't be confused by the title as this has nothing to do with the cheese filled pretzel snack found in your favorite gas station location. It was a short turnaround from my prior Q, but I had a few ideas up my sleeve. I wanted to focus this one on core and combination exercises that targeted the same body part.Warm-O-Rama:
Short mosey around the parking lot to the top end for warmups. SSHs, weedpickers, World's greatest stretch OYO, Phelps/monkey arms OYO, Moroccan night clubs.The Thang:
Partner up and while one partner is doing the exercise, the other is running. New partners for each round.- We started with 150 Tyson Taps (combo of Mike Tysons and shoulder taps with the mercan removed); other partner taking a full lap around the parking lot
- Air chair or jumping in to help the 6 once you're done
- Move to the sidewalk at the bottom of the parking lot for 125 Captain Thors (BBSU and 1 alpha count American Hammer); other partner taking a full lap around the parking lot
- Same time filler for the 6
- Move to the endline of the soccer pitch for 100 snowflake cannonballs; other partner runs to midfield and back
- Same time filler for the 6
- Stay on the endline for 50 burpee climbers (burpee with 1 alpha count mountain climber at the bottom); other partner runs to midfield and back
