Preamble:
When my day job constantly gets me focused on efficiency and simplification, I think the creative part of my brain tends to get excited and I often over-complicate the beatdown design… not gonna lie though, I enjoy the creative outlet!!
With my M locking up my coupons in our older car the night before - and the car keys along with them - I had to change a couple of exercises from the original the BD plan… I think it worked out OK. I hope the PAX agree!
Warm-O-Rama:
SSH, Seal Jacks, Imperial Walkers, copperhead squats, breeze-mills (slow windmills…)
Walk to BD location - by the stage w coupons…
The Thang:
Format:
Timer based: 4 minutes each station.
PAX count off 1 & 2 for pairing (only good for first round, as you’ll see…).
Each Station has a PAX 1 and a PAX 2, who alternate between two exercises, until timer is up.
When timer is up, PAX 1 moves to the station on the “left” and PAX 2 moves to the station on the “right” for a new PAX pairing at each station.
At each station, Exercise 1 is AMRAP and Exercise 2 is for # Reps and dictates the switch.
YHC had a few stations prepared, not knowing how many PAX would join. So with 7 PAX we broke into 3 groups (one of 3) and 2 rounds with 3 stations each…

Round 2:
